The user story allows for the team to associate a real person with the product being created.
Not only are we able to put a face to the need, but it creates a depth and understanding of what the users obstacles could be and how we can alleviate those pain points.
They may not be the most beautiful, but I appreciate the freedom to rapidly iterate and build on specific design aspects that would provide the most familiarity and ease of usability.
I felt that it was important for this company to include a hero image that will create a sense of kinship with the users ahead of product advertisement to align with the brands tone.

The user flow allows users open the menu, select a category, view an item, add the item to cart, complete the purchase, and receive a confirmation the order has been placed. Users can also open the chat feature, navigate home, open the user profile, and view their saved wishlist from any screen.

I created a design system with main components to allow for faster design and iteration that maintains consistency for brand tone.
